![]() ![]() EDIT!!!! Less than 2 hours after posting this, Security Pro USA emailed me that my boots were on back order and a refund was coming my way.English Law governs the access and use of this site and you hereby agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Pro-Carbon Racing Ltd may vary the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time. It was not a large discount, only 5%, but I feel it is going to cost them more than that when I (and possibly other readers) buy my next pair of boots elsewhere. Why did they not just put that discount in my shopping cart? I would be happy and they would have gotten a good review. They said I could use it on another order - if I save it a year or so until I need another pair of boots - Right. After being transferred around and put on hold to discuss it with a supervisor, my request was denied. The next day I called to see if they would add it to my order. Of course, it was too late to use it since i hit send already. When looking for my confirmation email, I saw that while my cart was in limbo before I placed the order, they sent me a discount code. I came back, finalized the order and sent it. The final straw was while shopping, I placed the boots I wanted in the "shopping cart" and continued to shop. Not a deal breaker but not the savings I expected. ![]() The first bummer was as soon as I added shipping, they were right at the same price as all their competitors. What made me look was their price - Some of the lowest on the net for the boots I wanted. Order from multiple stores if you have to. Go with companies you know and just choose someone else. I feel like I mail ordered from an ad in the back of a comic book. These guys are not with the times in webstore, processing, order updates, and shipping. One item is in limbo with no update and of course they didn't inform me of why it didn't ship (it clearly showed "in stock" when I ordered), so I have to wait for a slow e-mail response. They took over two weeks to process and ship a partial order. What did they do? They left it on the order (unfulfilled) and charged me for it anyway. Their customer service will ignore your request for accurate order updates and just give you a, "oh, it will be a few days more." Due to their awful inventory system they could not fulfill a piece of my order, so I told them to take it off. A big red flag is they ship from several warehouses at different times, so your packages will be piecemeal. That's another reason I ordered, the "24/7 support," they dishonestly/deceivingly claim on their website. The chat does not work and when you call they just give you Monday through Friday 9-5 hours. ![]() They claim 24/7 support on their website, but none of it is accessible. Their website does not reflect accurate inventory so they will be contacting you.or not.about items they can't fulfill (see below for more messy behavior). Lazy and feeling sorry for themselves instead of being competitive and honoring customers. No, they make it clear they only work Monday through Friday. If COVID has hit you that hard and you are behind then start working Saturdays and Sundays to catch up. They went well past their COVID claim in order processing and shipping. I chose them specifically for that reason, working with DoD, hoping they were legit and efficient. If I were in charge of DoD supply, I would have fired them and blacklisted them. They claim they fulfill orders for the DoD, but I can't see it. They are just like a Chinese company (if you have ordered direct from China, you know what I'm talking about). Terrible at fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. I can't wait to see what trouble awaits me when I receive my packages. I haven't even received my stuff and I'm already here. There is a reason they don't allow reviews on their site and on Google. Messy, Dishonest, Deceiving, and Lazy Company. ![]()
